He has conducted detailed investigations into potential compliance lapses of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and economic sanctions administered by OFAC. He has assisted foreign-owned or -controlled companies in obtaining facility security clearances and has spoken to government and industry leaders regarding U.S. cybersecurity initiatives to protect controlled unclassified information (CUI) and covered defense information (CDI).
