Charles T. Haag

Charlie Haag has more than 15 years of experience advising companies and financial institutions in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including venture capital, IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade debt, convertible securities, tender offers, spin-offs, reorganizations, and M&A/takeovers. He also counsels clients with respect to corporate governance, fiduciary duties, reporting obligations with the SEC, and communications with the public markets.

Companies Charlie has represented in recent years include: Babcock & Wilcox, Chuy's Holdings, Howard Hughes, Kaiser Aluminum, Macy's, PepsiCo, Sprint Nextel, and USG.
