Mr. Cheung is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Cheung has litigated patents covering a wide range of products and technologies including cloud-based software, virtual operating systems and databases, solar cell conductive pastes, CMOS camera sensor circuitry, enterprise software, semiconductor crystals and design patents. In addition to litigation, Mr. Cheung regularly advises clients – from startups to large private equity firms – on intellectual property (IP) strategy, IP licensing and IP issues in mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Cheung has four years of engineering work experience, in both computer software and hardware.
