Chloé Cluzel is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins focusing her practice on EU and French competition and regulatory law. Ms. Cluzel represents international companies before the European Commission and the French competition authority in merger control proceedings and cartel investigations and coordinates multijurisdictional merger filings for global transactions. Ms. Cluzel also advises international companies on regulatory matters in the pharmaceutical and medical device sector.
Ms. Cluzel advises clients active in a broad range of industries including automotive, healthcare and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Cluzel worked as a lawyer in distribution and consumer law in a French law firm in Paris. She also gained insight into the workings of the competition authorities during her internships at the Competition Directorate-General of the European Commission and the French competition authority.
Currently practicing in Brussels as a non-established lawyer. Admission to the E List of the Barreau de Bruxelles is pending.
