Chris Rapking

Chris Rapking represents and counsels clients in a broad range of employment-related matters, principally arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the National Labor Relations Act. His experience includes representing clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, and includes case development, pretrial briefing and motion practice, written discovery, document collection and production, and witness preparation.

Chris also maintains an active pro bono practice. He currently participates in the Legal Aid Society of Columbus’s Volunteer Resource Center, where he represents tenants in landlord-tenant disputes. [1]
