Christina Mastrucci represents and advises clients on a variety of complex civil matters in state and federal courts. She has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including pleadings, pretrial motions, and discovery. Her practice has included matters involving business torts, breach of contract, class action claims, and antitrust claims. Christina also has experience in corporate criminal investigation, particularly involving the FCPA.Christina has participated in numerous Jones Day pro bono projects. She is actively representing unaccompanied children from Central America in immigration and juvenile dependency proceedings as part of the Firm's Unaccompanied Children Project. She also has contributed to preparing training materials for lawyers in Latin America as part of the Firm's Rule of Law project with Lawyers without Borders.
