Chris McCall's practice focuses on counseling and litigation related to government procurement. He has advised U.S. and international firms on government contract issues, including contract disputes, prime/subcontractor disputes, and government investigations relating to the False Claims Act. While serving as a law clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims, he gained substantial exposure to a variety of government contracting issues, including complex bid protests involving firms in the defense and information technology industries.Chris also maintains an active pro bono practice. He currently represents a single parent in a complex public benefits case in the District of Columbia. Previously, he represented a disabled U.S. veteran in proceedings before the Board of Veterans' Appeals and has helped draft briefs in several appeals.
