Who is Cicely O'kain? She is a singer and actress, dedicated to accomplishing her goals and dreams. Singing since the age of two, the Denver, CO native was raised in Park Hill by her grandmother. Having seen early struggles in life, Cicely had to endure the tragic loss of her mother and an absentee father, so her music is rooted in pain and reality; which explains her connection to music influences like Chaka Khan, Yolanda Adams, Donnie Hathaway and Whitney Houston.

Cicely has become a featured performer at Jazz@Jacks, Denver’s premier hot spot for live music, bringing in an audience of 300 or more to hear her perform. She also performed in front of a crowd of 5000 at the Winter Park Jazz Festival in Winter Park Colorado. More recently, Cicely performed her new single, "Like Bass" at the Bluebird Theater in Denver, Co. Cicely's hot new EP, "Like Bass" is scheduled to release 1-15-16.

Cicely's single , "Self Letter", was released March 9, 2015 and has recieved over 30,000 views on Youtube, and her Pandora station has over 50,000 streams.
