Claudia Heins is a partner in the Munich office and head of its employment practice.
Ms. Heins advises German and international corporations on employment law matters, in particular in connection with restructurings, including the adaptation of staffing levels and the negotiation of redundancy plans, as well as on other works council co-determination matters. She also renders employment advice in connection with private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Another focus of her practice is data protection as well as compliance rules. She also advises on pay structures and on the establishing and termination of employment and service relations.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Heins is a regular speaker on conferences regarding employment law topics. She is a certified employment lawyer and “recommended” for Employment Law in JUVE 2015/2016. In Chambers Europe Germany 2015, she is recognized as a “key individual” for Employment Law.
