Color School

indie pop rock from DC. Songs are under 3 minutes. Wham bam on to the next. we met as messengers which was a popular day job for DC musicians. At the time we were all in other bands. The name came from an indigenous art movement back in the late 50s called the Washington School of Color and Light. Not everything in DC is political. In fact, most is imported BS. Many people don't realize how blue collar DC used to be. Now it is a really cool cross cultural place to be.

We don't tend to follow much industry assumptions. No tortured artist pics. No hyperbole. Like you and with you, we just want to be. We don't want the world, just their half so we can give it away and have you in it.

See you 'round,
