Courtney Mendelsohn represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Her practice focuses on antitrust matters, contract disputes, business torts, Fair Credit Reporting Act disputes, and defense of class actions in multidistrict litigation. She has represented international financial institutions, credit reporting services, real estate developers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and numerous other corporate clients. Courtney has diverse litigation experience including all forms of motion practice, discovery matters, and appellate briefing.Courtney is the author of "Procedural Hassles in Multidistrict Litigation: A Call for Reform of 28 U.S.C. § 1407 and the Lexecon Result," 70 Ohio St. L.J. 455 (2009). She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
