Courtney Lyons Snyder

Courtney Lyons Snyder's practice focuses on general civil litigation matters involving products liability, antitrust, employment discrimination, government inquiries and investigations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. She also works with the Financial Institutions Litigation & Regulation practice, advising financial institutions in transactional, regulatory, and enforcement matters. Courtney has experience with all phases of litigation, including trial, briefing and arguing dispositive motions, early case assessment and counseling, fact gathering, and discovery. She also has second-chair bench trial experience in federal court.

Courtney has experience in e-discovery matters, including litigation issues and document collection efforts. She has interviewed employees and collected documents in multiple states and across multiple computer platforms to assist a client in responding to government subpoenas. She also co-managed an extensive document review project for a large antitrust matter. [1]
