Craig C. Shuttleworth

Craig Shuttleworth is a general commercial litigator with wide-ranging experience. His practice covers disputes resolved by litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and expert determination and covers matters including claimant fraud actions, warranty disputes, construction disputes, white-collar crime, contractual disputes, joint venture disputes, real estate, competition, and regulatory matters.

Craig is currently advising Sibir Energy plc in connection with a $500m fraud perpetrated by its former directors.
