Cristina de Andrés Blanco

Cristina de Andrés Blanco focuses her practice on the real estate sector in Spain. She has significant experience advising domestic and international companies as well as public administrations (government entities) on real estate matters, planning, and environmental projects.

Cristina advises on all type of transactions related to real estate assets, including acquisitions, urban development building projects, turnkey agreements, and sale and leaseback agreements, and has led real estate and planning due diligence processes. She has worked closely with SEPES (the public enterprise land division of the Development and Public Works Office) for many years on regulating property and patrimonial projects and has in-depth experience in drafting planning development instruments and in negotiations with public authorities.
