Dale Chang

With a background in electrical and computer engineering, Mr. Chang has successfully represented clients in patent cases involving a broad range of technologies including 3G and 4G cellular systems, semiconductor fabrication, microprocessors, integrated circuits, LCD backlighting, computer networking, AC-DC and DC-DC power converters and network security.

He has significant trial experience, having served as lead associate in several trials, including an October 2014 jury win in Delaware.

Before law school, Mr. Chang was an engineer at Pearson Digital Learning where he designed and administered local area networks for delivering educational content. He was also an engineer at Lucent Technologies where he worked on CDMA and TDMA microcells. Mr. Chang is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
