Dana Wu's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investment, and other types of cross-border transactions involving China. She advises multinational companies and financial investors on structuring proposed and existing investments and operations in China. She also has experience in advising U.S. companies on FCPA and PRC anti-bribery and anti-monopoly law issues relating to their China operations.
