Daniel Bradley

Daniel Bradley's practice focuses on complex litigation and regulatory compliance proceedings at the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Jones Day, he served two federal clerkships and has broad experience in the government sector. Daniel has briefed or argued cases before state trial courts, state appellate courts, federal district and bankruptcy courts, and federal courts of appeal and has contributed substantially to briefing at the certiorari stage before the Supreme Court of the United States. He also represents public utility clients in agency investigations and regulatory compliance proceedings before the Illinois Commerce Commission.

Daniel has counseled plaintiffs and defendants with respect to a wide range of complex legal issues, including issues derived from state and federal criminal law, issues founded in the state and federal common law of tort and property, and issues of federal constitutional law and the law of equitable remedies.
