Daniel D. DeVougas

Daniel DeVougas's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. In particular, he has experience in pretrial discovery and trial preparation. He also has worked on matters involving international commercial arbitration and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.

Daniel is committed to serving international and domestic pro bono clients. He recently aided the Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG) in advising Libya's General National Congress on writing a new constitution. Daniel regularly volunteers with the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless. Currently, he is assisting in the representation of the estate of a World War II veteran before the Department of Veterans Affairs. [1]
