Daniel J. Marran

Dan Marran's practice focuses on complex civil and criminal litigation. He has experience with multiple aspects of litigation, including offensive and defensive discovery, deposition preparation, and mediation proceedings. Dan also has experience with internal investigations, government inquiries, and subpoenas. He works regularly on matters arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
