Daniel Kazhdan Ph.D.

Dr. Daniel Kazhdan's practice focuses on intellectual property, with an emphasis on chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology litigation at federal district courts and at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has represented pharmaceutical companies at the district court and appellate levels.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Daniel served as a clerk to Judge Richard Linn of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Before that, he worked at an intellectual property boutique for two years, primarily representing and counseling pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman matters. [1]
