Daniel M. Radke

Daniel Radke is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Radke received his JD from Northwestern University School of Law, where he served as an associate editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. During law school, Mr. Radke was a member of the Entrepreneurship Law Center, where he advised entrepreneurs on various legal issues and drafted patent applications for emerging companies. He was also a member of the Supreme Court Clinic, where he drafted petitions for certiorari and merits briefs for clients before the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Radke holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
