Daniel P. Hido

Dan Hido focuses his practice on environmental law, advising clients on a variety of compliance and regulatory matters. Dan has experience with compliance issues arising under the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA, or Superfund) and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). On transactional matters, Dan provides due diligence to identify and analyze risks associated with environmental liabilities in various types of commercial transactions. Dan also has experience in Superfund litigation.

Dan is active in the Firm's pro bono practice, and represents indigent veterans through the Allegheny County Bar Foundation Veterans Legal Clinic. [1]
