Danielle D’Oyley is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.
Ms. D’Oyley’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations and securities litigation. She has conducted international and domestic internal investigations involving potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), False Claims Act (FCA), and other criminal laws and regulations, and has advised clients regarding internal compliance programs and voluntary disclosures. Ms. D’Oyley also has experience representing clients in federal securities class action litigation and other complex commercial litigation matters.
In addition to her practice in the Litigation & Trial Department, Ms. D’Oyley has represented clients in connection with public offerings. She is also an active participant in Latham’s pro bono program. Ms. D’Oyley currently serves as a member of the firm’s Associates Committee, offering guidance and progression recommendations to fellow associates.
While in law school, Ms. D’Oyley worked as a law clerk in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.
