Danny Fox

Been playing guitar and self taught harmonica for the past eleven years. Been singing since the womb. There is not much to say about this flower child, 'cept he's aspiring to become something other than the cacophonous silence under his boot heel. He's traveled to Minnesota, New York, and Nashville. He's won first place in a Bob Dylan singer/songwriter contest two and a half times in Bob Dylan's hometown of Hibbing, Minnesota, as well as four years in a row at his High School's talent show. He was also featured in Isis magazine, printed solely in the United Kingdom. He's for hire and has a vast collection of CDs of his own material as well as a repertoire to span over four hours of live straight music!

Danny has opened for such lofty acts as Buddy Guy, American English, The Cavern Beat, The Neverly Brothers, Roger McGuinn of The Byrds, Scarlet Rivera, Ramblin Jack Elliott, Tony Glover, "Spider" John Koerner, and Tom Paxton.

Danny enjoys dry red wine, Persian incense, classical and opera on vinyl, green tea, and a library bursting with ancient knowledge. And, of course, the occasional bout of women, nature, and song. [+]
