Darien Meyer is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department of the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins. He focuses his practice on antitrust and competition as well as intellectual property litigation. He has also represented clients in other commercial disputes and advised on corporate strategy.
Prior to joining Latham, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Leslie E. Kobayashi, United States District Court Judge for the District of Hawaii, and was a litigation associate at an Amlaw 100 litigation firm.
While attending law school, Mr. Meyer was a member of the California Law Review, and served as law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division.
Mr. Meyer holds an MS in Education, and graduated summa cum laude from Columbia University. Prior to attending law school, he was a public school teacher in New York City, and a member of Teach for America.
