David Ciarlo's practice focuses on complex business litigation, representing corporate clients in disputes involving a wide array of legal issues, including contract disputes, business torts, and alternative dispute resolutions. He has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including pretrial discovery, briefing and motions practice, and trial preparation. David also has advised bondholders and creditors' committees in complex corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. He currently represents the Official Committee of Second Priority Noteholders in the bankruptcy cases for Caesars Entertainment Operating Company and certain of its subsidiaries.Prior to joining Jones Day, David served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Ruggero J. Aldisert of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before attending law school, he worked in the legal division of a financial recovery firm in Nevada.
