Diana Aguilar is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.
Ms. Aguilar’s practice focuses on complex commercial and antitrust litigation. She has significant experience representing multinational corporations against alleged antitrust violations in multidistrict litigations in federal court. Ms. Aguilar also has an active pro bono practice and has helped represent asylum applicants in administrative proceedings before the Department of Homeland Security and in federal courts.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Aguilar was a litigation associate at a global law firm. Ms. Aguilar received her JD from Cornell University, where she was an editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Additionally, she was the academic chair of the Latino American Law Student Association.
Ms. Aguilar holds an MA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a BS from the University of California, San Diego.
