Dickson Chin represents investors, financial institutions, utilities, developers, energy marketers, commercial users, and other market participants in a wide range of energy transactions. His practice encompasses energy marketing and trading, renewable energy, project finance and development, construction, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.

Dickson has extensive experience with master agreements, purchase and sale agreements, energy management agreements, and credit support documents involving all types of physical and financial commodities (including electricity, natural gas, LNG, coal, renewable energy credits, oil, biofuels, carbon offsets, emission allowances, and weather). He has advised clients in renewable energy projects related to wind, biomass, solar, fuel cells, and carbon capture and sequestration.
