Dirk Oberbracht

Dr. Dirk Oberbracht is a partner in the Corporate Department and Office Managing Partner of the Frankfurt office. He has extensive experience in cross-border and domestic M&A deals, including private equity transactions, carve-outs, joint ventures, minority investments, public takeovers and corporate restructurings. He advised clients, such as Ashland, Clariant, Dubai International Capital, Fresenius, Goldman Sachs, HSE24, Mauser, Nordic Capital, One Equity Partners and Triton.
