This cuvee comes from an outstanding small terroir (1.15 hectares), Les Cras, located in the commune of Davaye. The vines face south by south-east, on gentle slopes at an altitude of 220 metres. The have a stony, limestone-rich soil that confers a refined, mineral taste to the wine, which also features depth, intensity, and length.
