His clinical practice of oculoplastics includes reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and orbit. He has special interests in eyelid and orbital tumors, tear drain (lacrimal) dysfunction, thyroid eye disease, and rehabilitation after loss of an eye. He has authored multiple scientific papers and book chapters. He also serves as volunteer faculty for ORBIS, the flying eye hospital. He is an active fellow in the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American College of Surgeons.
