Dr. Gerald F. Horton Jr., MD
Dr. Horton attended Florida State University for his undergraduate degree in Chemical Science and earned his medical degree from the University of Florida School College of Medicine. He completed residency training in Jacksonville, Florida at St Vincent's Medical Center. Dr Horton has extensive career experience in HIV and Primary Care including private practice in Jacksonville, Florida, as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Florida Shands Jacksonville and in public health at both the Duval and Orange County Health Departments.Dr Horton is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and he has credentials an HIV Specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVMS). He has been affiliated with Orlando Immunology Center since 2008 and has participated in over 100 clinical trials. In addition he has additional interests in age management and cosmetic medicine and provides Sculptra facial injection treatments for patients here at Orlando Immunology Center.
