Drew Wisniewski is an associate in the Washington D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Wisniewski is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department and focuses his practice primarily on complex commercial litigation, anti-corruption, data privacy, white collar criminal defense and sports litigation.
Mr. Wisniewski has extensive experience conducting internal corporate investigations in government-facing matters. He has represented clients before the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as other federal agencies and bodies. These matters have spanned a number of subject areas including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and data privacy.
Mr. Wisniewski has also served on trial teams and represented clients in a variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has experience with all stages of complex civil litigation matters, including the appellate process.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Wisniewski worked in political consulting, where he provided strategic advice to presidential campaigns and members of Congress. He also advised corporations on regulatory and strategic communication issues. Mr. Wisniewski previously served as a legal fellow to the US Senate Judiciary Committee.
