Edward M. Carter

Ed Carter is a trial lawyer who focuses on defending companies in product liability lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the United States. In addition, he has prosecuted and defended clients in commercial litigation matters and coordinated strategy for clients in joint defense groups.

Ed's litigation experience covers issues including duty to warn, fraud, conspiracy, false advertising, preemption, and breach of contract.
