Ted Sonnenschein is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He is a member of the Corporate Department and the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices.
Mr. Sonnenschein principally represents companies and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and spin-offs. His clients include private equity firms, investment funds, and public and private companies from the United States and around the world.
Mr. Sonnenschein has recently handled major public and private M&A transactions in the energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, aerospace and defense, hospitality, business services, real estate, technology, transportation and financial industries, among others. He has significant experience with cross-border transactions. He also has played an instrumental role in the development of the firm's hospitality and REIT practices.
