Elaine Ho

Elaine Ho's practice focuses on banking and finance, fund formation, and regulatory advice. She has advised lenders, borrowers, participants, trustees, and agents on a number of financings and restructurings, involving secured syndicated loans, structured finance, real estate finance, convertible notes, and derivatives. She also has acted on fund formation matters for fund managers in relation to hedge funds and private equity and provided regulatory advice to multinational corporations in various areas including anti-money laundering, data protection, and advertising.

Ltd. in the setting up of an Asian credit hedge fund; Godrej Consumer Products Limited in various secured or unsecured acquisition financings arranged by HSBC, DBS, State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, and/or Bank of India for acquisitions in Indonesia, Chile, Nigeria, Argentina, Mozambique, and Kenya; Shapoorji Pallonji in a financing for a toll road in India; Micron Technology as special counsel in relation to its US$1.27 billion acquisition of Numonyx Holdings BV; and Harry Winston in connection with a senior secured asset-based credit facility.
