Eli Savit

Eli Savit's practice is centered on appellate advocacy. He has drafted Supreme Court merits, amicus, and certiorari-stage briefs as well as briefs and critical motions filed in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Eli also has provided strategic counseling to clients on issues of constitutional and administrative law.

Eli served as a judicial clerk on the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit prior to joining Jones Day. He also worked as a litigation associate at a leading national law firm. [1]
