Elizabeth McCrillis is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. She is a member of the Litigation & Trial Department and primarily focuses on white collar defense and government and internal investigations.
Ms. McCrillis represents clients in front of the US Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission on matters related to alleged bribery under the FCPA and other anti-corruption laws, healthcare fraud, accounting and securities fraud, and other criminal matters. On behalf of international corporate clients, she has assisted in responding to government subpoenas and civil investigative demands, conducted internal investigations, and counseled on the development and maintenance of compliance programs. Ms. McCrillis also has prepared witnesses for interviews with the US Department of Justice and Canadian Competition Bureau and for federal grand jury testimony.
Ms. McCrillis is committed to maintaining an active pro bono practice and has served as a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. She also has served as a member of Latham’s Associates Committee.
