Liz Winiarski focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She represents employers in a wide range of matters, including discrimination and retaliation suits arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). She also represents clients in disputes involving noncompete agreements, severance negotiations, and information and privacy issues, as well as wage and hour disputes arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).In addition, Liz has experience representing organizations in commercial matters, including contract disputes and business torts. She is involved in all phases of the litigation process, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials, and has developed a particular know-how in dispositive and discovery motion practice.
