Elizabeth has experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pretrial and post-trial dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing expert reports, arguing in court, and appellate briefing. Elizabeth also manages complex e-discovery assignments and works closely with forensic litigation consultants.Elizabeth's clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers, financial institutions, public utilities, commercial retailers, and real estate corporations. She has trial experience in state and federal courts across the United States, most recently as a member of a trial team that obtained a complete defense verdict for R.J. Reynolds in a 3-week products liability action in Florida state court.
