Elodie Simon

Elodie Simon practices environmental health and safety law, focusing primarily on liability issues (administrative, criminal, and civil) and health risks (asbestos, legionella, etc.). She also is involved in environmental audits and due diligence in corporate, real estate, and M&A transactions. Elodie advises private entities on various environmental matters such as polluted sites and soils, chemicals (REACH, CLP), energy, and climate change matters. Her experience covers regulatory (French and EU environmental regulations) and litigation matters.

Before joining Jones Day, Elodie interned at the French office of a German law firm that specialized in renewable energy and at a law firm recognized for its criminal law practice. [1]
