Emily Roig is a soulful, indie-pop singer-songwriter based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Throughout her childhood and adolescence, Emily was immersed in music and started writing songs at the ripe age of eight. Eventually, she found her way into the studio and has released several albums and songs, including her latest single “Go” inspired by her move to Music City. Emily is influenced by the raw vocals of artists like Joni Mitchell and Florence Welch, the playful pop of Ingrid Michaelson, and the soulful sounds found in church music. Several of her recent performances include playing at The Hard Rock Café - St. Louis, The Lone Tree Folk Festival in Mississippi, as well as The 5 Spot and The Basement in Nashville. Earlier this spring, Emily embarked on a mini New England tour where she was invited to play at the prestigious Bates College for its Village Club Series.
