Enrique A. Lemus

Enrique Lemus represents and advises corporate clients in a variety of federal and state labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination lawsuits, and trade secret and restrictive covenant issues. His experience includes representing clients in discrimination disputes arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and various other federal and state laws. In addition, he counsels clients on employment-related matters, including hiring practices, affirmative action policies and other compliance issues.

He also has experience working on Latin America-related matters for Fortune 500 companies. This work includes conducting internal corporate investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and assisting with the representation of clients before the DOJ and SEC. [1]
