Enrique Rene de Vera is a member of the Tax Department. Mr. de Vera’s practice focuses on US federal income tax matters, including the tax consequences of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and financing transactions. Mr. de Vera advises public and private companies on domestic and international transactional tax matters.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. de Vera cooked professionally at Blackbird and Avec restaurants. Mr. de Vera also worked as a management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman).
