Eric D. Distelburger

Eric Distelburger represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. His experience includes defending employers in individual employment disputes, as well as multiplaintiff and class action litigation in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and the National Labor Relations Board.

Eric also counsels clients on numerous federal and state labor and employment statutes, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and state discrimination and wage and hour laws. [1]
