Eric Mosier advises public and private employers on all aspects of the design and operation of their executive compensation and employee benefit programs. He provides day-to-day general employee benefits advice to employers regarding the design and implementation of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, and stock option and other equity compensation plans and programs. Eric also assists clients with drafting and negotiating employment, severance, and change of control agreements. In addition, he regularly advises clients regarding the employee benefits aspects of corporate acquisitions, dispositions, and mergers. In particular, Eric has extensive experience advising private equity funds with leveraged buyout transactions and assisting the funds with the implementation of employee benefit plans and programs and equity incentive arrangements following the closing of those transactions. He also has significant experience analyzing potential prohibited transaction and plan asset issues in connection with investments by benefit plans in derivative securities and structured finance transactions.Eric's representative clients include Abbott Laboratories, High Road Capital Partners, J.F.
