Erica L. Reilley

Erica Reilley is a skilled litigator whose practice focuses on legal strategy, analysis, and advocacy in trial and appellate courts throughout the U.S. She has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the California Court of Appeal, and federal and state trial courts.

Erica has authored winning briefs and successfully argued trial court and appellate matters in a variety of areas. Most recently, she has secured landmark published decisions in the areas of election law, securities law, and constitutional law. She also currently serves as counsel to Expedia in defense of claims by various taxing authorities in California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Puerto Rico related to payment of allegedly owed transient occupancy tax, and Expedia has secured a series of notable victories.
