Erin L. Burke

Erin Burke has substantial experience litigating and trying cases in a broad range of complex matters, with an emphasis on toxic and mass torts and product liability. She has represented multinational companies including Pilatus Aircraft, BSH Home Appliances, Chevron, Dole, Textron, and Yamaha in individual and class action litigation involving aviation, consumer goods, microelectronics and semiconductors, off-road vehicles, industrial safety equipment, pesticides, roofing products, and truck/automotive parts. Erin's broad experience in complex litigation matters includes unfair competition, contract disputes, business torts, and California's Prop 65.

Erin's experience includes defending Yamaha in multijurisdiction litigation involving an off-road vehicle. She oversaw and coordinated hundreds of cases filed in the western United States and was also part of two bellwether case trial teams, in Georgia and California; the California jury verdict was recognized as a "top defense verdict" of 2011.
