Erin L. Shencopp

Erin Shencopp practices antitrust law with a focus on government merger and conduct investigations, merger litigation, and lawsuits involving price-fixing and monopolization claims. She has represented clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state antitrust enforcers, as well as in grand jury proceedings. Erin has experience in a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, technology, telecommunications, mining, and chemicals.

Erin’s transactional work has encompassed counseling clients at every stage of a deal, from pre-merger planning, through regulatory filings, U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission investigations, and litigation. Erin also has experience defending clients in multidistrict class action litigation and in cases involving claims of price-fixing, monopolization, and tying. [1]
