Erin N. Brady

Erin Brady focuses her practice on the representation of debtors, creditors’ committees, trustees, individual creditors, and others in high-stakes bankruptcy litigation and corporate restructurings.

Erin has taken a leading role in many significant litigation matters. In recent years, she successfully represented 430 individual lending institutions in the Adelphia Communications bankruptcy case, defending the lenders against more than $4.5 billion in preference, fraudulent conveyance, equitable subordination, and equitable disallowance claims. Prior to joining Jones Day, she successfully represented the post-confirmation trust of Fleming Companies, Inc. in district court and appellate litigation involving claims of copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and RICO brought against it by a software developer.
